GCC4deaf
In 2006, the Graphic Arts Education and Research Foundation awarded the National Technical Institute for the Deaf a three-year grant to promote graphic communications as a viable career path for deaf/hard-of-hearing students, increase postsecondary retention of deaf students in the field, and provide an as yet untapped resource for the graphic communications field. This goal was mainly accomplished through the development of an interactive web site geared to the deaf population.
